As our garments & accessories are Made To Order we take pride in ethically sourcing local suppliers with an international footprint, to ensure garments are long-wearing.

  • All UK deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail
  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends & public holidays.
  • Standard 1-3 Business Days after fulfillment

    What happens if I am not home for delivery?

    If you or no one else is not at home to collect your parcel, you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery. The parcel will be sent to your local post office.

    What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

    If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered, contact us via our contact form.

    Customs charges may occur for international orders. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.

     Estimated Delivery Times are displayed at checkout. Please use this as a guideline when making your purchase. Once an item is shipped it is then the responsibility of the courier.

    United States:  2-5 transit days after fulfillment
    Canada:  5-10 transit days after fulfillment
     Europe:  3-10 transit days after fulfillment
    Rest of the world:  5-20 transit days after fulfillment

    Tracking  - Tracking capabilities depend on the destination. Some countries have intra-country scans, while others will show when the package has been delivered.
    Exact delivery time may be longer or shorter depending on the destination.

    All FedEx expedited orders are automatically marked as priority. As long as the items are in stock, we print and ship them as quickly as possible.
