Returns & Exchanges Policy
Clothing & Accessories
All our items are made to order and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
If you are not satisfied and would like to notify us of a return, please: -
- Send an email via our contact page and we will inform you how to return your item.
- You have 14 days to notify us that you would like to return your item and an additional 14 days to send the item back for a refund/exchange.
- We don't offer pre-paid returns, so the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item.
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please contact us for instructions on how to provide photographic evidence quoting your order number and the applicable reason code.
- Reason Codes are:1 = Incorrect Item Sent 2 = Item Damaged
- Any item that is damaged/defective will be replaced once you have shipped the item via the returns shipping address on your packing slip. Please allow 2-7 working days for processing once we confirm receipt of your package.
- Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase will be refunded. Once we receive, inspect, and approve your package, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that the refund can take up to 10 working days to show in your bank account.
- If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you ask for proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS BEFORE CONTACTING OUR SUPPORT TEAM.
Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns on:
- Products after the 14-day mark
- Custom orders
- Digital Downloads
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items that do not have a receipt/packing slip as proof of purchase
- Items that have been washed, worn, and/or damaged by you
- Items with odours and/or stains
- Sale items, free gifts, promotional items, or gift cards.
Once you have received your order, please inspect it immediately to confirm if it is damaged/defective, or if you have received the wrong item. Please contact uour support team, and we will assist you in every way we can and put things right.
Jewellery
Our jewellery gift boxes are made to order just for you! If you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team who'll be happy to assist you!
Please email us your full name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return via our contact form.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Your order will be fulfilled & shipped. If you wish to then return your order due to it being damaged/defective or the wrong item, please note we do not offer free returns.
Returns should be posted to the address found on the returns label on your package.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or obtain proof of posting from your post office when returning an item.
Terms & Conditions
Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be re-sold. They should be returned in the original packaging and not have been worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags/labels removed.
Faulty items are deemed as items having a manufacturing fault or hidden defect which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not considered faulty if it has become damaged because of wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if a returned item is visibly worn; damaged; marked; washed; has any type of odour; in a condition that we deem renders it un-sellable.
We are not liable for customs charges on returned orders for Non-UK customers and may charge these back to the customer if necessary.
