Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us for either an exchange or refund. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com. Remember to include your order number and the reason code for the exchange.
Reason Codes are:
1 = Incorrect Item Sent , 2 = Item Damaged, 3 = Did Not Fit, 4 = Other
Exchange & Refunds
Items must be returned in the original packaging and not worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags/labels removed. As soon as we receive the unwanted item back we will process the exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange.
Where the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item we will contact you to process the additional payment. Where the value is less we will refund the difference to the original payment method within 3 working days.

Terms & Conditions
Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be re-sold. They should be returned in the original packaging and not have been worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags/labels removed.
Faulty items are deemed as items having a manufacturing fault or hidden defect which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not considered faulty if it has become damaged because of wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if a returned item is: visibly worn; damaged; marked; washed; has any type of odour; in a condition that we deem renders it un-sellable.
We are not liable for customs charges on returned orders for Non-UK customers and may charge these back to the customer if necessary.
